You will write your interview into a concise report on Crisis Response in your community. Were there any concerns about readiness that you uncovered? The interview can be made up- answers and responses, just make sure to include interview questions and answers in the paper. Any surprises from what you expected to what you actually found? As you write, engage your reader to go on this journey with you. Finally, be sure to utilize the required references throughout your paper that back up your findings and recommendations. Although there is some research required, this is not considered a formal research paper, nor is it simply a reflection paper. This is an “experiential” paper, with discoveries and findings from an onsite experience and backed up by peer-reviewed sources. Requirements for the the paper include: Title page, reference page, and abstract, at least 5 pages in length (excluding title page, reference page, and abstract) Current APA 7 format, double-spacing, 12-point Times New Roman font 10 scholarly library resources of which 8 must be peer-reviewed journal articles and the other 4 or 5 may be Internet resources, such as websites, articles, etc. – All resources must have been published within the last 5 years.
