Ethics is not only about the morality of particular courses of action, but it’s also about the goodness of individuals and what it means to live a good life. Ethical behavior is acting in ways that are consistent with how the business world views moral principles and values. Business ethics determine employees’ everyday conduct. The primary purpose of this research is to highlight the importance of ethical business communication to the organization and the Ethical practices that refers to how a company’s owners conduct their business on a moral level; this study aims to investigate the effect of applying the concept of customer relationship management (CRM) on customer’s acquisition, and satisfactions. The study recommends that it should concentrate more on developing the provided services, dealing with customers’ complaints, and queries in efficient and proper ways ended with taking customer feedback and involving the customers in any future strategies, and establishing continuous communication with the customers using different communication channels, in order to reach the ultimate goal of CRM adoption. There are some factors that affect ethical behavior in business One of the most important influences on ethical behavior in a business is the company culture. Here it determines whether employees are valued and whether stakeholders are treated fairly with trust and suspicion. A company that has good ethical behavior will treat the customers with dignity and respect, and be fair and honest with them. Under its product integrity, a company that inspires ethical behavior in its employees will probably provide products and services with ethical values. By understanding the factors that buyers and sellers consider about the importance of ethics in business we should have a general strategy on how we can solve this kind of issue. In solving those issues, first, we must determine what the ethical problem in a business is. Afterward, we must identify the principles and values that must be involved and indicate in the problem stated. In taking those principles and values we must know the right action which is appropriate in the issues and lastly implementing the plan, practice social works and communication and reflect on the outcome on the decision in making the process of solving the issues. Only then can organizations create the right action plans and trial the right variables to deliver predicted results.
