I have compiled a very rough draft of the thesis paper, have included a jumble of some related notes, have collected data in the field including 100 GPS points, have a couple of map layers for ArcGIS of the project area, and have 170 citations about the topic from online sources and from hard copy books and government research papers. The topics include a berry producing wild shrub, traits about that shrub, traits about the forest the shrub lives in, some human knowledge about the wild shrub, the location of 100 of shrubs, traits of 100 shrubs, and traits of the particular forest where those 100 shrubs.

This essay is for a strategic leadership + ethics course within an outdoor recreation graduate program. The directions to this paper are somewhat vague on purpose. A fictitious example: Explain the importance of why camp counselors should be trained regularly, use peer-reviewed journals that showcase as evidence for why staff training is important. Also, talk about the importance of letting your staff feel heard. Offer solutions and again have evidence to back up why it would help the organization’s success overall. Logistics: – Minimum five (5) pages in APA format. A running header, abstract, and title page are not required.
