Attached is my outlined planned to be used to aid in the following assignment. Working Title – transform your question into a title statement Statement of the Problem & Thesis What is the problem? Purpose statement one – why it’s important Purpose statement two – how your work will contribute to the solution Background to the problem (generally historical) First important piece of the background Second important piece of the background Third important piece of the background Issues – include the theoretical framework or worldview that best applies What is the primary issue in the problem? What is another important issue in the problem? What is a less-important issue in the problem? Complicating factors – What makes these issues & a solution complicated? What is the biggest obstacle in solving this problem? What is another reason it will be difficult to solve this problem? What else is getting in the way of a lasting solution? Possible solutions (use experts to help identify solutions) Solution 1 Solution 2 Solution 3 Recommendation Using one or more of the complicating factors, compose a statement that begins with the word “although.” Explain what the complicating factors are in a general way, then insert a comma and proceed with the second part of the sentence – your solution. Give the solution and tell a reason why. Ex: Although food security is difficult to address due to climate change, conflict and governmental instability, a solution can be found by creating partnerships between first and third world countries. (Then, go on to explain how this solution will work). Anticipated Outcome What do you expect to happen as a result of the recommendation? Wrap up your topic Include your closing
Compare two different kinds of crisis. Investigate the response to the Eurozone crisis versus Covid crisis and investigate in terms of budget > in regards covid recovery fund? The deeper you go the better. What theory matches with this framework? Please introduce a short literature review on neofunctionalism, intergovernmentalism, post neofunctionalism and decide which suits best for this comparative research. For deeper research think of things like the Euro crisis, bargaining power. Who has the power? Why would the Netherlands concede to the Covid recovery fund? Why do the poorer states have more influence? How is the power placed? Start in the introduction with a relevant need for this research and why and how it is situated in the academic debate. What are the differences and similarities in the EU’s approach towards a crisis? A case study of the Eurozone crisis versus the Covid crisis.
I am writing as I need two academic essays (around 1800 words each) on two topics in the field of international relations. The specific topics can be chosen freely, however, I would like to discuss the topic suggestions first. Please contact me if you are interested. Thanks in advance.
Take two articles we covered during the semester in the seminars. (The Melian Dialog cannot be chosen) Compare and contrast these two articles based on 3-4 topic of your choice. To give you an example, you may compare these texts on the way they see the importance of non-state actors. This needs to be an academic paper with proper HArvard style referencing. International Relations Theories that have to be applied in the case study: (chose 4) 1, John Mearsheimer – Power and fear in Great Power Politics File 2, Keohane& Nye – Transnational relations in world politics 3, Andrew Moravicsik – Taking preferences seriously: A liberal theory of international politics 4, Stephen Krasner -Structural causes and regime consequences: Regimes as intervening variables 5, John Ikenberry Liberal Leviathan- The rise decline, and renewal of American World Order 6, Alexander Wendt- Anarchy is What States Make of It: The Social Construction of Power Politics 7, Martha Finnemore- Legitimacy, Hypocrisy, and the Social Structure of Unipolarity Why Being a Unipole Isn’t All It’s Cracked Up to Be 8, Robert W. Cox – Social Forces, States, and World Orders: Beyond International Relations Theory 9, William I. Robinson – Gramsci and Globalisation: From Nation-State to Transnational Hegemony 10, Marysia Zalewski- All these theories yet the bodies keep piling up’: theories, theorists, theorizing
About the Assignment As we begin Week 3, you are now familiar with a few journal articles written about human security issues. The journal articles are models for the type of academic writing you should try to achieve. As you learned in earlier classes, most international relations research projects try to incorporate three features: 1. Understand the history of a problem, including the theories and concepts at play within it; 2. Present a case study in which the problem is identifiable and compelling; 3. Offer a solution or the practical application of a model The project you complete in this class will be no exception. Your task for this course is to choose a problem related to human security in which NGO’s, IGO’s and state actors work together to find a solution. You are then to assess the success of the efforts to this point. The work that you do throughout the course will help you to create a finished product by Week 8. We will start with a research plan, then, in Week 6 you will complete a research outline before you submit your final paper in Week 8.
I only finished about 30% of a standard VHL Online French Class and am looking for someone to finish it for me with at least a 95% average. It is Basic French/French 1. It is untimed online modules. I don’t know how long this would take a French speaking person since you can skip all the educational parts. It lets you attempt each part at least twice. This must be someone with a feminine voice since the professor can hear the recorded portions. If a very fluent French speaker, I would ask that you not do too perfect a job where it would be suspicious, though I was averaging 98% before I fell behind in October. It includes a final exam that I believe is only accessible on Friday December 17th. I have no idea how many pages that this would equate to but I had to include something so I put 10 pages even though the modules are fill in the blank format. Thank you!
40 points: 8-10 APA formatted, double-spaced pages (does not include reference pages) Objective: Students will write a literature review (AKA a very in-depth research paper) that expands their (and their readers’) knowledge about an issue impacting families in a global context. Requirements: Students must include an introduction to the topic, a section discussing at least one family theory that fits the topic, a discussion of the topic, a conclusion or summary section, and a list of references. Students may write up to 1 page detailing their personal experience with or personal interest in the topic – this section should be titled Researcher’s Location, and should be written to help the reader understand why this chapter topic was chosen and why it is important. Points Distribution Introduction (1/2 to 1 page): Students must introduce their topic and what will be covered in the literature review paper. 5 pts Family Theory Section (1-2 pages): Students must ground their topic in a family theory, include an explanation of the theory, and reference the theory throughout the chapter (not just in the explanation section!) 10 pts Content (up to 1 page may be used for Researcher’s Location, see above instructions): The content should contain at least 8-10 references. At least 5 of these references should be scholarly, peer-reviewed journal articles. The other references should be from credible sources such as popular press, media, and internet references. Textbook and print book references will be accepted on a limited basis. Every effort should be made to use research published within the last 10 years (except in the theory explanation section). **Reminder** – while the topic is flexible and you are welcome to integrate your area of study, this course is about families in global context, and therefore the majority of your content should address families. Please consult with your instructor if you are unsure about how to meet this requirement. 15 pts Conclusion and Reflection (1-2 pages): The conclusion should summarize the paper and illustrate the impact of this paper on future research and practice. 5 pts APA Style and Writing: Use APA style guide 6th or 7th edition – 12 point Times New Roman font, 1 inch margins, and an APA references page. Headings and subheadings are strongly recommended, and should be formatted according to APA guidelines. 5 pts Total Points 40 pts
