Are there any laws which are deemed to be greater than an individual’s human rig

Are there any laws which are deemed to be greater than an individual’s human rights under the Human Rights Act 1998? For instance, do we know of any cases where the Human Rights Act has been overruled on the grounds of general public policy considerations (look at the police, armed forces etc) and if so do we think that is fair?
